Just read this on a different golf forum...

Working on spine tilt away from target and getting body more behind the ball I think it gives you just a little more time on the down swing to move your lower body first which I've always struggled with.
I think it should read like this...

Working on leaning away from target and getting body more stuck behind the ball I think it gives you just a little more time on the down swing to get trapped on your right foot move your shoulder first and try to get back to where you started instead of in front of the ball with a downward strike....which I've always struggled with.
Why would you want to tilt your spine away from the target? So that you stand more chance of hitting the ground 4 inches behind the ball???
It never ceases to amaze me just how difficult it is to understand this position:

When hitting a driver you are ALREADY behind the ball if it is forward in your stance, all you need to do is turn!
With an iron it will be more central but you don't need to get behind it as you are trying to hit it with a descending blow, and you can't do that from back there!... so once again all you need to do is turn.
