Dustin Johson gets a 2 shot penalty for grounding his club in a bunker that was nothing more than a bare patch of dust, I've seen animal scrapes in better condition! There probably wasn't a grain of sand within 5 feet of his ball and with no defined edges to the bunker it look like nothing more than a contaminated piece of grass or a bare dusty lie.
