Did your course put their subs up this year? If so by how much?

Mine went up by £100 and now we get less for it, they scrapped the Sky TV from the lounge! ...now we just watch the wallpaper

£599.00 for the year at Crowborough. Great bargain. And I don't care if they haven't got Sky TV (they have by the way)

The course all my friends play at and where I grew up playing actually reduced fees and scrapped any joining fee in 2011. Which I felt was a good move... especially as the course "next door" increased fees by over 250 quid, and then started providing 5 pound mondays for guests! Great business sense there.

These "clowns" are also new owners - great first impression. They increase fee´s = members leave.... course 2 miles away decrease fees = increased membership by over 50 people!
